This conference is convened by the Great Lakes Forest Alliance, Inc. to raise awareness and identify actions to enhance forest-based industries and the role they play in sustaining the region's economy, environment, and quality of life.

 

Learn about:

Trends in forestland ownership, tenure, and industry markets and

investment; Initiatives to strengthen the vibrancy of industry and ecological health of forests; Conservation easements and innovations in sustaining the forest resource base; Emerging markets for carbon, bioenergy, ecosystem services, and green building.

  

Among other speakers, the conference will feature:
