The First Multi-Tenant LEED-EB Certified Building in the Midwest
PLANNING Design Build’s office building on Madison’s West side is the first multi-tenant office building in the Midwest to receive LEED-EB certification. With 41 of 80 total points on its scorecard, the project has reached the Silver level of certification. Click on title above to view case study

Aldo Leopold Legacy Center
The Aldo Leopold Legacy Center near Baraboo, WI, has received national attention for achieving the LEED Platinum level-- in fact the highest LEED score ever awarded by the US Green Building Council with 61 out of 69 points. The "net-zero" energy building produces as much energy as it consumes with solar panels and geothermal heating. Follow the link for more information.

Alberici World Headquarters
The Alberici Office Headquarters, located in St. Louis, MO received a LEED Platinum certiifcation in July 2005. This project is a partnership between Green Bay, WI base Hoffman and Alberici, with offices throughout the US. This presentation, highlights the energy modeling and sustainable design techniques which contributed to its overall rating. It was delivered at the 2005 SE2 conference in Oconomowoc, WI.
