positions available in both their
Port Washington and New Berlin offices.

Franklin Energy specializes in the implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. Positions available:

Below is a brief description of the open positions Franklin Energy Services are recruiting for.  Franklin Energy offers training.

ENERGY ENGINEERS:        Design and review moderate to complex technical energy conservation projects to provide cost effective solutions for energy efficiency in buildings.   Determine qualification, potential energy savings, estimated paybacks, and determine incentive amounts.  Serve as a technical resource to energy advisors.

ENERGY ADVISORS:           Account management and marketing to businesses, business owners, and other organizations to encourage participation in energy efficiency programs.  Emphasis in this position is educating customers on energy efficiency.  Identify and provide documentation of cost-effective solutions and cost-savings projects. 

TRADE ALLY MANAGERS:  Recruit, train, educate, and cultivate relationships with contractors, builders, HVAC and lighting specialists and other trade ally contractors and other trade allies to encourage effective marketing of energy efficiency programs.   This individual also coordinates with internal and external customers on processes and procedures involving delivery of programs or services.

PROJECT COORDINATORS:         Work with Energy Advisors and Engineers to ensure good organization of files, paperwork, and data entry as well as communication to the business contacts.  Assist customers with understanding how to participate in the energy efficiency programs, how to get project incentives processed, and coordinating paperwork/forms.  Schedule site visits for Energy Advisors and field staff.

 

DIRECT INSTALLERS:       Work under the direction of a Field Supervisor to install energy efficient equipment and products; daily travel to pre-scheduled jobs.  Background preferred in one or more of the following:  building science & design, building maintenance, HVAC, lighting, controls, building envelope / weatherization, or related fields, renewable energy, home inspection.
